How this helmet runs. Snug sits closer for a secure hold; spacious sits looser and roomier.
All you need is a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string and a ruler. This gives your head circumference — the measurement helmet sizes are based on.
Key Measurement
Wrap the tape around your head about 1 cm above your eyebrows and ears — the widest part of your head — and keep it level and snug all the way around the back.
